If you skip the flop, just raise him on the turn. Be that as it may, he was already commited.

Fact that he raises and calls a re-raise UTG with a low Ace, makes him loose IMO. You should make money on such opponents in the long term. Shove OTF and let him pay a bad price most of the time.

And make a note on villain that he opens/calls 3b with low Axs from utg.

I don't agree that this is a no-brainer shove on the flop. If he is drawing, he paid for it in advance. An AI might scare away all but the best draws (like the one he had) and all Kx/air hands. With AA/KK/AQ we'd call, right?

But shoving isn't wrong. Just saying it isn't a no-brainer, and safest way to get all of his stack in is to await turn.
