Q9o flops top two SB vs BB

Pre calling Q9o BBvsSB is ok. I would raise OTF. We have a good hand which needs protection. OTT when villain re-raises I think he doesn't have draws there. Draws would either call or shove? That raise OTT is ok since you didn't do it OTF but I would just call villains re-raise.

I prefer raising on flop. There are a lot of hands/draws that will call.

Agreed with others that you should raise flop. Slowplaying on a wet board is not a good idea - your hand is vulnerable and also there are a lot of cards that will kill the action on later streets even if you still have the best hand.
Turn isn't good for your hand so I would just call. At first I thought raising can be fine but after playing around with some ranges calling seems to be better. When he min3bets his range becomes super strong - mostly JT, sets, rarely KQ/K9, very rarely AA and never draws or one pair. Against that range shove is very bad and I wouldn't mind folding at all.

Raise flop becouse it''s very draw heavy, turn i don't see any merit in raising becouse he is only calling/raising with better KQ, set or JT, when he clicked you should have snap folded turn.

Firstly, as played on turn: Going by your read in OP, there are few hands that can call a raise that you beat. I'd personally add some 87s and JT that you do beat, but the raise is thin if the opponent would play draws more carefully.

Secondly, regarding the flop. Others have posted good reasons to raise right there. Here is one more (much related to my first point). With a turn raise you are repping much stronger than with a flop raise. You can't reliably rep many hands like 87s and JT or just a pair anymore. He might fold even overpairs, something he'll probably not ever do on the flop. Raise flop to get him somewhat committed to call more bets.

When I was looking at this hand afterwards myself I was thinking I should have raised the flop,
so assumming I raise the flop what do I do if
he reraises, try and get it in?
he calls, what cards on the the turn am I scared of and checking behind, a diamond and cards that complete a straight? betting anything else?

On the river does the same as the turn apply?

If he reraises flop, you just shove and stack his overpairs. There is no reason to call and folding is out of the question in this spot.
If he calls your raise, I really don't like the A-T of diamonds on turn and also the K and A turns of any suit aren't that great (his Qx don't look good anymore and also they improve some of his hands). All the rest you can comfortably bet.

Calling with Q9o pre flop when it's blind vs blind is alright. However you should have raised on the flop. You have a hand that needs to be protected. There are flush and straight draws out there, Once the king comes on the turn, there's not much you could do.

Of course you shove vs a re-raise.
