Turn: ($4.86) 7 (2 players)
UTG bets $0.05, Hero raises to $2.53, UTG raises to $5.01, Hero ?

Thoughts
UTG is calling station, 41/0/0 over 40% limp, although small sample size.

Flop/Turn: I think my bet sizings might be bad, but I was thinking I need to charge drawing hands.
Usually when calling station is raising post-flop they have a monster I guess so fold?

I think you're probably beat here most the time. Fold.

Flop sizing is good, turn can be even a bit bigger. After the raise folding is fine deep, well played.
I'd like to add just one more thing. You said he is a calling station with 41/0 stats and there is this common line of thinking where people use the preflop passivity to make assumptions about postflop play. It is important to keep in mind that preflop and postflop are two completely different things. There can be players who are very passive preflop and very aggressive postflop and vice versa.

Turn is a fold when so deep. One can argue about taking a passive line as from Ax we beat only AT, AJ. A9 maybe possible buy not sure.

I would take more passive line OTT and just call.
