Bet smaller OTR and fold to the raise. It isn't even close to a call. He'd need to win close to 50% of the times he is bluffing, and AJ isn't nearly in the top 50% of bluff catchers.

Is it ok to cbet this flop? Especially when it is multiway?

Is BTN passive postflop or aggressive? There are multiple possibilities on the flop. If BTN is aggro, we could check/call and take it from there based on his sizings, timing tells. Or cbet 1/3 to get him float a lot and check/call turn. 2/3 cbet doesn't seem too good to me. Do you think that their ranges are elastic? Don't think so.

As played turn ok. I would overbet river to like 35bb or so, just to make it under $2. I doubt he has many pocket pairs (would probably stab turn) so my primary concern is to get value from his floated Ax, which aren't folding. And fold vs raise.

I do not like cbetting flop mw.
On river do not need to do funky stuff- overbets etc. Just bet 1/2 and fold vs a raise.

It is very well-known that fish hardly bluff in these spots. You win by fold. A bet OTF is also questionable IMO.

The only thing you beat that raises your river bet in this spot is a bluff. And fish usually don't bluff this kind of boards. I don't think the C-bet (flop) makes you any money versus that kind of Maniac.
