SB: $23.58 (235.8 bb)
BB: $25.63 (256.3 bb)
UTG: $6.56 (65.6 bb)
MP: $16 (160 bb)
CO: $7.95 (79.5 bb)
Hero (BTN): $10 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q Q
UTG raises to $0.30, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.30, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.75) 5 T 3 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.40, UTG calls $0.40

Turn: ($1.55) 2 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1, UTG raises to $2, Hero calls $1

River: ($5.55) 3 (2 players)
UTG bets $1.80, Hero calls $1.80

Preflop: I would usually 3bet this, but vs 15/13 (50 hands) UTG decided to call. Nevertheless, since he is a half stack, maybe 3betting and trying to get it in would be a fine option.

Flop: He checked and I decided to bet for value.

Turn: Betting for value again, but then he minraised. Considering his stats, I think folding would not be a mistake, but given the price, I decided to call.

River: Flush came there and he bets small. I'm not thrilled about calling, but I need to be good in 20% of times. Considering that he might have Tx, JJ or some random, I believe calling is fine.

Prefer trying to get it in pre but flatting seems fine. Postflop standard imo.

I think we should 3bet this pre. Would villain x/r you OTT with FD? Can you shove to his minraise? As played I think it is fine to call OTR since his bet is so small.

3bet it pre. Don't get mislead by those 15/13 stats. I'm sure villain did not have the chance for 50 hands to show his whole fishy potential.

Sample size is small and treat him as unknown.
In fact the min raise on turncan be FD.

Even if he is 15/13 that doesn't mean he will fold a lot to your 3bet - he can still overplay a lot. Maybe if you were MP then call would be fine but I'm 3betting from BU.
