What is the best way to play a medium pair like 77 vs a loose aggro player who 3bets alot. Lets say I open from middle position with 77 and get 3bet from Co. Everybody folds to me. Should I 4bet with normal sizing, 4bet all in or just call
to setmine?

Concept of exploiting aggro players is to shorten your range, not to bluff and bet thoroughly for value. Same rules apply for pocket pairs
If villain 3bets a lot, you can start 4betting him a lot because he most likely will fold a lot to 4bets. Imo you can sometimes call to set mine and sometimes 4bet and if villain likes to fold too much you can 4bet always.
