Remember PokerSnowie is GTO!

The first is a call as he has a strong range for continuing post flop (check his range on PokerSnowie for an SB 3b'ing UTG open), you have position, and no-one is left to act.. it's a perfect time to set mine as when you hit, you're getting good implied odds.

The second is a 3b as ideally you don't want to call in position, if you call the BB can squeeze you both, and the CO range is weak as it is, so more often than not you're going to get him to fold with a 3b. I'd only realistically do this if the BB is super 3b happy.

1st cant be proper call because of effective stack size!

2nd is pure coldcall i dont see myself 3betting here as we have decent hand but too weak to play 3bet pot oop

Things i did to improve self confidence.

Uninstalled dota 2
Uninstalled Hearthstone
Probably will go back to gym. Because i have no place where to clear myself from negative emotions which builds up on a daily basis @ work @ poker @ Family life.
Have pen & paper nearby to write down all feelings after every session. I need to find out whats tilting me. Since have set my bankroll challenge i suck @ poker longterm. I can crush one week but other week im spewmonkey full of tilt habits.

Week 12: -28.87 from game + rakeback = +3.28$

Here we come with my planned goals for next month:
Increase 3bet and fix tilt problems.

Tilt and spew triggers found:
♠ Playing when i have other things in mind so i am not focusing and playing mostly passive style.
♠ Playing under high caffeine drinks (i am aggressive or spewy in wrong spots). Have water nearby!
♠ Playing without warmup. (warmup should be yesterdays marked hand review)
♠ Playing too long sessions - especially when session is negative i tend to play longer. All sessions should be the same length. Longer sessions should be just because there are juicy fish on table. I mean really juicy. Because there will always be a fish on table. If i cant spot it then im the fish.
♠ Browsing web while playing.
♠ Thinking only about $$ not about correct play. My thoughts were as follows:

• how much i lost, i need to get it back asap
• no not again these fishes got better hands
• this month i will win 400 to shoot next limit

All these where done last week which is bad approach to game.

Increasing 3bet goal wasnt touched yet.

Now there will be a huge test for me this week. Can i pass or fail? To pass I should be able to avoid all tilt trigger points mentioned above. Otherwise there is no point in making TLDR posts or blogging at all or even lying myself i learn poker LOL.

So i was focusing on tilt triggers whole week where i am quite satisfied with myself about 85% And i can see it by results. I will do the same next week to grind it into my mind so in future i can think about game only instead of tilt stuff. While having somewhat more clear mind, i start thinking about adjustments on tables vs opponents on the flow (image building and exploit moves). Because robotic play is not fun.

3Bet theory havent touched yet. Im using what i know so far.

and my overall graph gets me frustrated as i cant get up steadily for far too long now.. one week just great, other nightmare. And when there comes bad week i play even worse in this week.

Was 6tabling all the time. now reducing table count to 4. Table select even more.
