There are more diamond draws (perhaps with a straight draw) in her range.

Villain, like Hero, has very few Flushes in their range, so making a big bluff on the River makes sense for Hero. On the other hand, having a Flush or not having a made hand Villain would lead out on the River, trying to represent a Flush. Also, Villain would raise the Flop/Turn with a two pair or better and maybe fold the River with A♦:4♦:, since there are much less bluffs in Hero's range. The only hand that I can put Villain on is a lone queen, such as Q♥:J♥: with a hero call on the River.

After Villain checks the River, Hero knows that Villain has a lone queen and can value bet a two pair, but perhaps not so large. So the most likely hand for Hero is 9♠:7♠:.

There aren't many value hands that shove river, mostly KJ/KT/JT of spades. I'm not sure we shove sets because they are far from the nuts and Qx of spades probably checks back turn. Bluffs are hard to guess... We probably don't want to bluff diamond draws, 79s makes sense but calling preflop is not certain. I choose 79. Bet flop with OESD, ace on the turn is a good card to bet again and we continue on the river because we don't have any showdown value and villain can fold a lot of hands.

Only 4 people at the table. Preflop she is calling on the button with a really wide range. On the flop when CO missed cbet she bets with 2/3 sizing in multiway. I assume she can do that with the hands like Qx (Q8), 86, sets and fd's (AdJd). On the turn she continues betting but with bigger sizing (3/4). It may indicate improving so I put her on KQ/QJ of spades. I think she doesn't bet 2 pairs/sets on this turn with this sizing so I can exclude them from her range. On the river she goes all-in. I think she has a flush with K♠:Q♠:.
