yeah but i wasn't when I started this blog
An important hand I forgot to talk out
The pot was $95 (huge for Nl25)
The money went in after the flop
Hero had a set of tens
Villian 1 has pocket kings (overpair)
Villian 2 has open ended straight draw
Villian 2 rivered a str8. If I had won my roll at party would of been $1600ish

another 2 mini-sessions in the books (800ish hands) I ran pretty hot. I hope this heater never stops!!

Hi everyone. I cleared my $100 bonus and bought a new one. I also played 2 MTTs, the 3K guarentee and the 4K guarentee. In the 3K I pushed A3 from the BU and ran into AJ in the BB whatever. In the 4K, I made the final table. There was 9 players left. I was the BU again with 6-7 BB. The cutoff (similar stack to mine) pushed first in. I called with AJ. He turned over A10. I got a Jack on the flop while he rivered a str8 whatever. I still got $140. I was kinda disappointed as first prize was $1200. Its poker I guess. I also played 3500ish hands at the cash games. I ran pretty good there.
Rolls
Party-$1730
FT-$1600

Also I dont use tracking software so posting hands is kinda annoying. I will post a few through weaktight though.

i tilted and started playing blackjack way above my roll. Thank god I ended up breakeven. To show the severity of this tilt. I earned 25 points playing blackjack and u earn 1 point for every $200 u play with . Yeah I invested a effing 5K.

Party should allow u to exclude yourself from blackjack

I dont understand how someone would need to exclude themselves from a game. It seems like you have a gambling problem and shouldnt even be playing poker imo. Nice blog btw.

That sounds like you have a major problem there with blackjack, I would definatly consider removing your roll and putting it on a pokersite that does not contain any casino side-games ..

I've been caught in the BJ days myself, ended up losing my br.

Stay away from that devils game!

i will do my best to avoid blackjack in the future.

One thing you should definitely do is figure out why you were playing blackjack. I'm guessing it's just plain greed, which was my problem playing roulette. I'd have a bad run playing poker, tilt, and hit the roulette wheel where the odds are completely known and try to get lucky again like I did the first couple times I played. End result was I lost more than half the money I made at my regular game and didn't get to move up when I should have been able to, which sucks because that moved me back a month, maybe more, of solid play. All of this while I played within my time and bankroll limits playing poker. Another guess I'll make is that you for the most part stick to poker bankroll management - it's just a bit of greed that gets to you playing blackjack. I could be wrong of course.

you r right! It is plain greed to try and win some money playing blackjack. In poker I use atleast a 30 buyin rule. Before I started playing poker, I had never gone to a casino and had never really gambled for more than $5 CAD.

jsut noticing your post re BJ, i know on pother sites it is possible to have certain aspects of them blocked, so am sure that party can accomodate a block if you request it from them.

As the operate in the UK am sure it forms part of their license as a responsible gambling providor.

Just make sure you are clear its only blackjack ya want blocked, maybe other casino games too :P

The downswing continues. tommorow I am gonna try SnGs.
