I think this is fairly easy.

Pre your iso-raise is good.
OTF I think calling a pot sized donk with TPTK against a fish is ok.
OTT his bet size is huge and he can have a lot of better hands in his range = fold.

So no much need to think about this with our hand when we would have to call over 3x pot.
If villain had bet pot again or a bit smaller this would be much more difficult and I still think we should consider folding.

We are folding vs this huge overbet and move on. No need to even comment on this one.
