Under which conditions is it possible to create a new N8 account tracked to Pokerstrategy, closing the old account tracked to another rakeback affiliate, and use the 100% bonus, which was never claimed on the old N8 account? In particular, is there a requirement of inactivity of the old account for X months?

Im afraid this is possible under 1 condition only, which would be the old account under the rakeback affiliate gives explicit consent to us in letting you go.

According to the Facebook support the bonus is currently not available. What is going on?

That is because this past week we had a backend migration to the Netrefer affiliate system. Once that is completed the deposit bonus will be resumed. Its just technicality that the deposit bonus cant be tracked at the moment, our apologies for the inconvenience.

On your website it says that if I dont sign up through an affiliate I have unlimited time to clear the bonus. is that correct? Are the 6 months clearing time for pokerstrategists still correct?

And second, are there plans from pokerstartegy to offe a rake race at Natural 8? Because other affiliates do...

Can you look into my case then because i only got 90 days to clear my bonus, i was under the impression there wasnt any timeframe as stated in this topic.

We allow players to take as long as they like to clear the bonus, however the system currently only allows the bonus to be active for about 90 days. If you do have any uncleared bonus after 90 days, simply contact our 24/7 live chat customer support and they will opt you back in for the remainder of the bonus.
