I think the poker ecology will say thank you for giving the EV to the bad players :-)
What can you do now? Nothing... The Ev is gone, the "system" will not owe you the buy ins back.
But there is also good news: good play will return you the money back!
(Oh, and your EV will become bigger, or at least your Karma, if you report for the Bankroll challenge :-) )

Maybe I have just a hot run last days.

It's my mental leak, nothing I would recommend.
When I'm winning a lot I forgot where the fold button is.
It's sign of fish probably, but I'm trying to keep it simple and play my A game.

Secondly 3 BIs are actually a nice win per day so I don't care to remove this leak.

Time to update.

Yesterday I had a bad luck and run pretty bellow EV.

I started tilting a bit and decided to let it be and play another day.

So did I and today it was fine.

I'm 5 EV BIS from 0$.

And 90$ to 1k$ bankroll.

I played with a PT4 today too and found I'm in green numbers at zoom tables NL2, NL5 and NL10 over a decent sample.

I'm pretty curious about nl16 and thinking about starshelper to view BB not $.
