Working on situational hand ranges for micro stakes ($1 and below)

This exercise got a lot more in depth then I expected, but I think actually working out ranges for these situations is really going to help me in game, and in replay of tourneys. So here goes.

Open Raising Ranges

EP Open Raise:

MP Open Raise:

HJ Open Raise:

CO Open Raise:

Isolation Raising Ranges

EP & MP:

LP & BTN:

3bet & 4bet Ranges

Resteal Ranges

BTN Resteal:

BB Resteal:

BB Defending

Everyone please chime in with your opinions on these ranges, if you do please include some reasoning behind your thoughts. Also, I thought about doing a range for squeeze plays, but I didn't think that those type of plays work well in the micros and that if I am 3betting it should be for value, and my 3bet range is all value.

He Nate, this thread is in the Tournament forum.
In tournaments, your ranges should depend a lot a lot a lot on the circumstances:
- how many chips do you have
- are you near the bubble?
- who is putting aggression on the table
etc...

I was under the understanding that the tournament forum was good for 45man + SNG, which is what I'm playing. Thanks for directing to the MTT thread, I will look at the ranges in there and compare them to my ranges.

Hey Nate,

45 manners are fine on the MTT board. It's more about keeping things ordered. Most readers of the SnG boards will be expecting STTs so MTSnGs may not get the responses there. 45 manners play a bit more like an MTT also so genuine MTT players are more likely to offer advice.
