Thin valuebet on the river?

We are playing multi way on a coordinated board and I expect the original raiser would Cbet with at least top pair and I would go for a thin value bet on the flop and her-evaluate on further action in a micro tournament like this.

I can see argument for starting to bet flop, in theses games you might get calls from Kx/Weak Ax or even worse hands more then you should.
As played i would consider raising small turn for value. You still can get value from AJ/AT/Draw, if he is bad player he might even call you Kx.

Personally i would never raise the turn here with having BU behind. He has more one pair type of hands than draws that he bets against 2 people. On the turn, AA,KK,99 still in the range. I prefer a call also because of river actions. even if he calls and River bricks, You Dont have a clear River bet anymore. Prefer call turn and call bets and if he checks, valuebet

My question is: What kind of hand you but button on? Is he/she a good player? a nit? a fishy?
If button is kinda loose, i would bet flop. If I get raised by button fold and if raised by utg I´d shove. But only considering the fact, that utg raised 4x pre and is kinda ??? player to me.
My logic would be: What kind of hand would open 4x utg? (logigally speaking) Tens,jacks and queens maybe? 4x pre shows alot about this opponent. Yes, they wake up with Aces,Kings and Ace-king from time to time but that´s top 1% of theyr range. And we kinda crush it on flop.

BTN's range is I think: 44+, 45s+, AJs+

considering all the facts here.
I think right play is to bet flop.
It might scare our customer from utg away but it´s like w/e
