Great job Maniac!

I'm posting a bit early because the coaching this upcoming week is on Tuesday January 29.

The topic on this one is all spins! We're going to look at games played by a few different spin regulars at $7-$30 levels. Hope to see you guys there :f_biggrin::f_cool::f_drink:

I'm sorry to crush your dreams, but my bills are due next week, and I'll likely have to grind really hard :f_cry:

Wonder if my aggro-SnG will be among the leak finders or ...urm.....the BIG leak finders as example how you should NOT do it? :mdr: :mdr: :mdr:

Your aggro SNGs are coming soon Prim!

This week we're back to MTT though, looking at a very interesting low-stakes MTT grinder's win in a large-field $3.30 6-max. This one has some fun hands, hope to see everyone there :f_biggrin::f_thumbsup::f_cool:

I need to work on what to shove and what to call shoves with.

I also think I'm way to tight on both ends.

I asked a while back about how to play with a big stack, and I got another chance.
I just raised a lot pre and collected the chips.

Is it that easy?

Hi iceblast56,
The schedule is posted weekly here (usually Mondays)
https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=401699&goto=lastpost

Bookmark that link and check it regularly -- it is usually updated monday.
Also, you can go to https://www.twitch.tv/pokerstrategydotcom/ and follow the channel to be notified when a coaching session goes live.

Cheers,
VS

Thanks for posting that info Vorpal!

And haha yes sometimes it definitely is that easy, it really depends on the type of table you're at and also the ICM situation. If you're a big stack on the bubble of a tight table, you can print money by going crazy with raises. If it's still early at a table of good players, then you probably won't want to loosen up much from your normal approach just because you have the chips.

This week on the coaching ... poker author Zach Elwood is coming on to teach us about tells! He's the world expert on this subject, and he'll definitely talk a lot about the most important live tells. But, and this is something I'm very excited about -- he's also promised to give us a complete primer on the biggest online and timing tells that you can use everytime you play. Come and watch, ask him questions, and I'll see you guys on Weds :f_biggrin:

First rule of online poker timing tells imo: "Dont give it any real weight unless you know how many tables villain is playing" :)

Very true Ghaleon, and props to Zach (who did an awesome job) for addressing that point.

This week on the coaching ... Mix Max! We're going to do at least one 9-man SNG, one 6-max SNG, and one HUSNG to talk about differences between the formats. Should be a lot of fun, see you guys there :)
