Hey guys,
got some problems with the latest version of PT4: Especially on iPoker. It doesn´t track my hands and results properly. I don´t know why. Sometimes when I have internet connection problems, it doesn´t track the hands of the tourneys I´m in anymore or I get just some weird results like -15 € in a 5€ tourney and such things.
How could I fix this?

If your having issues with your internet connection then your poker site may not be able to write complete hand histories. If you disconnect and reconnect and PokerTracker 4 isn't importing hands anymore then is your poker site updating the original hand history file or creating a new one? If it isn't then try closing/reopening the table. If the hands are there but not importing and/or you have an issue with the results then include all relevant information detailing the problem in a Support Ticket and attach the hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you.

Hey Rob,
the problem with new PT4 on Titan is mainly that I get some very weird results, + turns to - and the other way round and not all SnGs are tracked, I don´t know if the problem is with internet connection, tracker, poker client, whatever ........ but I just get very weird results.
Please send us this information in a Support Ticket with your hand history files so we can investigate. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' menu option:
