I had an absolute blast tonight! Not just my own 3rd place, which provided an extremely useful boost to my fledgling TitanPoker bankroll, but also railing your sensational FT and 1st place in the KO tourney.

Many thanks also to VorpalF2F, who provided some nice background noise with his final (?) MicroMillions stream during all that.

I already dedicated a railing cocktail to Vorpal's legendary HORSE run last week (the Deep Horse - 35ml gin and 35ml amaretto poured on the rocks in an Old-Fashioned glass, stirred), so here is my latest creation in honor of tonight's run, the Punchin' Prim: 35ml sweet vermouth, 35ml amaretto and a dash of gin, yet again on the rocks in an Old-Fashioned and stirred.

Drink enough of those and you'll feel like Prim punched ya in the gut. :f_biggrin:

She never punches me in the gut though.
Rather slaps me in the face.

Maybe I'll create a Slappin' Prim cocktail the next time she ships a tourney while I'm railing.

I'm not sure discussions of violence is appropriate here, but then Poker sounds a lot like poke 'er so maybe...

My local grocery just give 30-60% discounts on spoiled goods depending on the extent of damage, and they find buyers very fast among poor immigrants :f_tongue: (It usually suffices to cut off 10-20% of the mass to make the product safely edible.)

Came ITM in the Goldfish, placed 4th in the 300 € hyper and could take the 1st place in the 300 $ K.O. on 888!!!

Well played by you both! :appl:

High workload and a lot of exercise

Thank you, Tony! Thought I write a brief update. As you can see, there haven´t been much news from me since the weekend. Well, the reason for this is high workload. I´ve been busy with some projects and urgent orders and couldn´t grind. Today, I can´t grind either but if I proceed well with my work, I may be playing a nice little session tomorrow. _love:

Busy weeks ahead

In August pretty busy weeks with high workload lie ahead. _ugly: Don´t know how often I will be able to grind. August will be stuffed with work and sports, so my time to grind is gonna be pretty limited. I´m gonna work on very nice and interesting (and well-payed) projects. So, there gonna be less and smaller sessions, mostly at the weekends, depends on how quickly I proceed with my projects...

Something should be done about that.

A very nice but not so lucky MTT-evening

So, played the tourneys mentioned above and busted on Titan two times shortly before ITM. In the 300 € hyper I was card-dead and jammed Q8o from BTN first-in as short stack and got called by both blinds and lost. In the German Freeroll which I played again with fellow-reg Harrier88 both trolls didn´t make it ITM either. I bubbled! _o: Yes, this time I bubbled. Just at the FT I ran with AQ into AA :rage::facepalm: and got super-shortie. Then jammed QJ and lost vs A9s. On 888 nothing really worked out. First, I could win a big pot with KK in the 5.50 $ BIG FISH and this was it. Then lost with a set KKK vs flopped str8, afterwards nothing worked out anymore. Card-dead and missed every flop. C-bets got called and eventually the board got worse and worse and I had to fold. My final hand should actually be a "hero-call". Urm.... yeah, I indeed "hero-called" _ugly:
