Oh, and I also had a schnitzel while I was in town. Today's toppings: Bolognese sauce and cheese, with plenty of extra spices. ♠_thumbsup:

Well, technically, I can. But why would I, if I could turn it into an awesome schnitzel instead? ♠_cool:
Btw, I noticed that the place where I got the schnitzel also added a new pizza to their menu. It's topped with spaghetti, bolognese sauce, cooked chicken breast strips, and I believe some soft cheese and other stuff I can't remember. They named this version "Perverso" - even they had to admit it's pretty off-the-wall.
I'll eat pretty much anything with pretty much anything on it, so the concept of "bizarre" would almost never apply.
But spaghetti on pizza is getting close

I had this one once, it wasn't that great:

Then again, this is frozen grocery store stuff. The real thing will be much better.
I might check out this "Perverso" pizza some time, even though they unfortunately don't offer discounts on that one during their "pizza days".
Good that I already had dinner :spit::spit::spit::spit::spit::spit:
Good night, trolls!
So what to do with that Malibu?
Yes, a new cocktail, of course. This one is called the Purple Squirrel:

Looks more blue to me than purple? Maybe I was a bit too heavy on the curacao, by accident.
In any case, I don't really like how this came out. It's much too sweet for my taste, I think the grenadine is way too dominant.
I suppose it's more of a ladies' drink, so I may keep the recipe around for visitors who might like it. But as for me, I don't think I'd make it again.
Better wash down the sweetness with some lager tonight.
hate curacao so much,
used to enjoy gin and rum,
now i just drink a bottle of wine every now and than.
the pasta pizza makes me sad.
gin + campari makes for a fine Hemingway drink.

Add some sweet vermouth and it becomes a Negroni, another classic. Commonly served with an orange slice, though I don't care too much about garnishes at this point.
anything more than 2 ingredients is too much, but sometimes i just have to add another one.
in the meantime while browsing youtube all the poker tables seem dizzy but i have no choice...
not possible to focus on everything at once, yet here i am, surfing like an alcoholic through the magicanal depths of online poker.
Hey trolls,
did you know that making stew is a great way to get rid of all that food you should soon use up? Had some cabbage, carrots, pastinake and some parsley root. Put all together in a stew with some meat (don´t know what, was in the freezer) and some sausages that should be used up soon too!
I wrote this because I´m sure, you care!
That stew is called "Mussgo"
It comes from the phrase "everything in the fridge must go"

If I made a cocktail out of everything in the fridge that must go and added some ginger beer, would that be a "Mussgo Mule"?
