Trollball Poker

We all know that flushes and straights count against you in 2-7 Triple Draw, so it often makes sense to avoid open-ended straight draws, and even gutshots can pose a risk.

But with two cards to a flush, it should hardly matter, right? What are the chances, especially with all three draws remaining?

Might as well ignore it completely...

I hit gutshots with remarkable freqency, as you have seen (except in 5-Card draw of course)
After seeing this, I'll never complain again about hitting a gutshot [1]

[1] I will, of course

Just your daily (not really) reminder that A5432 is NOT a straight in 2-7 Triple Draw.

An Ace is always high in this game.

This means that AKQJT makes a straight.
A5432 doesn't, it's just Ace-low (which is still a pretty bad hand).

Don't be a fish like me and play while sleepy. I had to look and look at this hand over and over to understand why I lost. I couldn't figure it out for a couple of minutes. Once I saw it I quit the session. I think my brain when sleepy is just dumb as hell haha.
