My Nerves...

When I'm all-in in a Stud hand and I'm ahead, I have a habit of only watching my opponent's hand, since I know that I'm still guaranteed to win if they don't improve. If they do improve, I would then take another look at my hand to see if I had improved to something better by now too. (I also tend to do it the other way around when I'm behind)

So you can imagine my shock when I see my opponent's inferior two pair improve to a boat on 7th street, just a few places away from the bubble in this tournament.

It is, but it’s impossible to fold it against a 40+ VPIP fish.

Razz Hell

Isn't it annoying when you're playing Razz and all you get is pairs and high cards, after a good starting hand?

Well, see what happens when everyone gets crappy cards. Just take a look at those upcards on the table...

Razz Heaven

This one, however, happened in the same game. Not only did we get our perfect wheel in the end, but we even got a 6 and 7 in addition to that. So even if all seven cards counted in Razz, we still would have a perfect hand.

I haven't seen one of these in long time

Well timed too -- since this is the Final Table
This is Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo -- so the straight flush is obviously the high, and I have 6,5,4,3,2 for low
Opponent only has 8,6,5,4,3

not to mention the fact that it was a true one-outer

I actually thought that my trip 9s were good pre, since the big raise came from a hyper aggro player.

Nice Try Dude!

This is at least the 3rd all-in from this guy -- some 3Bets pre-draw, some open-shoves and this one.
He let his entire timebank run down when drawing, and when it did, he was thus forced to stand pat.
I have occasionally seen players do this with legit pat hands, but unless has a better flush or a full house, I've got this one...
