Trolls gonna troll ...

..and that´s what I did today!! Today, it was ME, who was sucking out on VIllains, 88 > AA, TT > QQ _ugly: getting her 3-outers, AJ > AQ, AT > AJ, A9 > AT _ugly: and other lucky stuff _ugly: . Hey, but I´m troll, right? And I was trolling a lot today.

Yeah, my luck has turned to the better and most hands held up, only the coinflips were all lost, but well, everything is statistics and I´m glad that I mentally mastered my rough re-start into the SnG-world. _biggrin: Today, I couldn´t play 20 SnGs, but almost, were about 16 or so. There was also some bad luck, too, jammend 44 into 66 on the bubble (even though 66 was definitely NOT a call in that spot, but you know how it is: every pair, every two face cards and every Ace better than AT gets called, even on the bubble: So what? They look pretty! :f_ugly: ) As I already mentioned: One has to be careful with the push-fold-ranges in these limits, because many Villains make WAY too loose calls, even on the bubble. Speaking of loose calls: I made one too ITM :f_ugly: In a spot, where AK is NO overcall for sure, I called without hesitation :f_ugly: but as today was my troll-day, of course I won the hand and with this hand the whole SnG. :f_ugly:

Played a 0,25 $ SnG-MTT on demand too, couldn´t get into a 0,5 $ SnG-MTT, always got the message "registration is closed". :wtf:

Anyway, a nice profit today, despite not really great play.

Speaking of which, sorry for snoring a little bit as I was railing... :f_biggrin: I had a bad sleep deficit. :f_zZz:

I think you did fine today. Some mistakes, sure, but good overall.

.

On the German forum of strategy you can find information which sides are allowed.

GGPoker is allowed in DE - they have a DE licence. I'd rather hear Prim's response to my question all the same :P

So, guys, I will eventually answer your questions.
Why I play on Partypoker? Because we Germans do not have many opportunities to play on other poker rooms. We have BetOnline, Partypoker, Pokerstars and ...? What? I mainly play on Pokertars because the traffic in the SnGs is just the best there. Not sure if 888 is still available for us, don´t know how the traffic in the SnGs is there, but I will take a look (if possible). I have BetOnline, but still struggling with the deposit, because, however, cannot deposit by credit card and I have no idea how this Crypto stuff works. Whenever I feel like playing MTT, then Partypoker was normally the way to go for me because the MTTs are not so large-field there, they are SUPER FISHY!! and they don´t take as much time as those large-field MTTs on Stars.

GGPoker?

They don't have Sit & Go games but they would have PLO for your cash game interests.

Pretty sure they are one of the very few companies with a legit licence in DE too.

I say they don't have Sit and Go, they have 16 player All-in or Fold Sit and Go + 30 player Battle Royales.

So, does GG have SnGs or not? If they don´t have STTs, they´re not really interesting for me.

DA POT

Felt like it! Was in the mood for PLO-CG today and played 3 tables PLO2 on Stars. As always in CG, I played 2 hours, but left the option to quit anytime, because I´m a bit tired from swimming. Those 2 hours were not really action-filled today, the action took place just shy before I finsihed my session: Could take a stack with the nutflush, holding A♣:6♣:Q♦:A♠: I was happy to see, that a worse flush payed and that the board didn´t pair!!! :f_ugly: So eventually, got it in on the river and got fully payed!

Another small stack I could get with acies (they held up, yaaay!) versus a short stack (some people don´t bring full stack to the table). The rest went card dead. Was dancing around break-evenish during almost my entire session, until that nut flush came. So, as I eventually could take one stack at the end, we are 1 stack up today. _biggrin:

Saving the session with DA POT!

Guys guys guys, this was about to be become one of my worst SnG-sessions ever. But before this happened, I stopped playing SnGs and decided to try my (WAY BETTER?) luck at the CG-tables. Played about 8 SnG and had already enough. Lost with AA, AK, QQ and lots and lots of unplayable hands, while Villains hit against me like world champions, making terrible loose calls on the bubble - and getting rewarded for that! There was NO WAY to continue this terrible session, only one third place and one second, the rest were bubbles or near-bubble-busts. So had enough of this sh!t and immediately went to the cash tables.

Played PLO2 and a little bit of NL2 on Stars, which went quite okay and compesated a bit the lost buy-ins. So, today, it´s just a little loss, thanks to PLO-CG which turned my todays session from terrible to "not so bad" :sifflote: 1 stack up! Altogether, a small loss anyway.

Don´t want to go to tennis practice in a stinky mood ...

..that´s why I decided to play a little pre-tennis CG-session today. :f_ugly: I´m WAY better at the mental game in CG. :f_ugly: And as SnGs can spoil my mood very badly, :f_ugly: I hit the CG tables on Stars and picked up four cards. :f_biggrin: Played also one table NL2 because there were only two PLO2-tables.

Had a nice start on PLO2, even though this hand is badly played:

PokerStars, Omaha Pot Limit - $0.01/$0.02 - 5 players
Replay this hand on CardsChat

UTG: $1.33 (67 bb)
CO: $2.06 (103 bb)
BU: $1.83 (92 bb)
SB: $1.22 (61 bb)
BB (Hero): $1.90 (95 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.06) Hero is BB with Q K A K
UTG calls $0.02, CO checks, 1 fold, SB raises to $0.10, Hero 3-bets to $0.34, 1 fold, CO calls $0.32, SB 4-bets to $1.22 (all-in), Hero calls $0.88, CO calls $0.88

Flop: ($3.69) 6 7 K (3 players, 1 all-in)
Hero bets $0.68 (all-in), CO folds

Turn: ($3.69) T (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: ($3.69) 3 (2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: $3.69 (Rake: $0.30)

Showdown:
BB (Hero) shows Q K A K (three of a kind, Kings)
(Equity - Pre-Flop: 74%, Flop: 96%, Turn: 76%, River: 100%)

SB shows J A K Q (a pair of Kings)
(Equity - Pre-Flop: 26%, Flop: 4%, Turn: 24%, River: 0%)

BB (Hero) wins $3.39

The rest of my session went okay too, could make some nice bluffs and pick up small pots. In NL2 I was totally card-dead! Card-dead for 2 hours, kept break even with some steals and bluffs. :f_ugly:

Yes, I´m going to tennis practice in a good mood: 1 stack up![/b]
SnG buy-ins lost won back. :sifflote:

Rotten egg of the day is ...... :f_biggrin:

..clearly my first serve!!! It´ ALWAYS the same, guys. Switching from indoor to outdoor tennis and my serve is gone! No timing, no feeling for the ball, and almost all first serves land in the net or go out! And actually, the serve is my forte! But no, as soon as we switch outdoors, it takes forever until I get used to serve outdoors and get my good serve back. So, today, nothing really was working, especially not my first serve, which is normally very powerful. Today, it reminded me more of a rotten egg :f_ugly: and that´s why it´s the rotten egg of the day. :f_ugly: Still need some time to get used to outdoor-tennis. :f_ugly:

While I was struggling with my serve, this funny dialogue happened:

Prim (whose first serve go for the 999th time into the net): "I CAN GO SH*TTING WITH THIS!!!!!!!!" :rage::facepalm:
Tennis partner: "Prim, Prim! Behave yourself"
Prim (attempts the second serve, which also goes into the net- double fault!), screams: SH!T!!!!!!!!!
:f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly:

Well, this lead to loud laughter among all players, because everybody has been there. :f_biggrin: :sifflote:

Preparing the soil and eating my first own grown salad

...for the "big day"!!! Soon, the tomatoes will be transferred outdoor to the big garden. So today, I had again "another kind of grind". I had already started yesterday with getting rid of all the weed around the beds and today, Homer helped a a bit and we ripped out weed, loosended the soil, put compost on the beds, prepared them for the tomatoes. I already planted the basil, which will be the tomatoes "partner" along with very probably bush beans. Asked Homer what he wanted and what he liked, more tomatoes or bush beans and he chose the beans, which are also great "partners" for tomatoes and basil. After the work, I even noticed a bladder on my right hand! :f_o:

Okay, and what should I plant in the other bed? Still no idea, I think I will go for strawberries (not sure yet). Would love to plant some fruit. Let´s see..

Today, I could harvest salad for the first time. This one is called "Stielmus", it´s a salad which is most often cultivated in Rheinland-Palantine:

I ate some:

with some fish and tomatoes (bought, not my own growth yet)

The carnivores are (hopefully) on the way ...

Had sown the seeds last week.

But sowing those was really tricky. The seeds are very small, like dust. And the carnivores are light germinators. They need high humidity constantly, that´s why I bought a humidifier and they´re under artificial light. They need warm temperatures, guess it´s not warm enough for them yet, so we gotta be a bit patient....

SCOOP special

Well, as you know, I´m normally not an MTT players but on special occasions... I enjoy one or two MTTs. That´s why I decided to play at least one SCOOP event. After being on the local plant market today in the morning and bought a MONSTER (more about that later), then being on a wonderful bicycle tour, buying fresh local asparagus and strawberries, I decided to play the NL Holdem event L-31 for 3.30 $. Honestly, as I´m not a heck of an MTT player I didn´t expect anything but just some free time fun. :f_ugly:

Played also the 2.20 $ NL Holdem Phase 1 (where I lost a flip and busto) and a 0,5 $ SnG-MTT on demand, where I came ITM and busto at 7th place with KK vs A6. :f_ugly: So, KK didn´t hold up! AGAIN!

But besides my usual complainings :f_ugly: - well, there was also some whine equity, I guess: Made it ITM in the 3.30 $ event!!! Not big cash but some cash and as SnG- and CG-player I´m more than happy about it. :nh::banana: Cashed for 7.30 $, place 900 and something, that was more than I expected. :mdr: Did NOT get KK in that tournament by the way :f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly::f_ugly: but AA once and AKs held up twice. It was just good to see that finally some hands held up and I am happy that I made it ITM. :f_biggrin::f_cool::f_thumbsup:

A small profit today, but it was all about the fun and the excitement of playing the event.

Horse-poo and the monster

Well, no suprise I cashed a little at Scoop, I remember riding my bike several times through horse poo! Poo brings luck! :f_ugly:

As mentioned before, it was plant market in my village and I was actually thinking about buying something for the garden. But couldn´t decide what! But the winter garden is now pretty empty and there´s some space where I cannot plant anything edible. Inspired by my visit at the "Palmengarten" in Frankfurt with Harrier, I decided to make a little "half-desert" there. And then I found THE MONSTER! Already loved those at the Palmengarten and now I bought one:

A BIG ONE as you can see :f_love:

So, where I cannot plant spinach or salad or such, there will be a half-desert with cactusses and succulents. They are awesome and sooooo easy to care for....
