Nazgos, I did! Twice! And I sent in my documents already twice!! And both times my account was not verified, I got exactly the same E-Mail both times that I should verify via this link! They already have my documents TWICE!!! And I´m still not verified!!!
The only answer I got from them is this non-sense mail to please use the link for verification - which doesn´t work and which is THE reason WHY I contacted support!!!

Leaving Pokerstars
Glad that I took all my BR before Pokerstars moved to Pokerstars.de! Just before the change, I cashed everything out. And I´m so glad that I did it, because after this huge mess and this lousy support, I made the decision to leave Pokerstars! I still can play on Party without any problems, and until I have found a good room to grind SnG and PLO-CG, I will have some recreational fun on Party. Well, they have SnG and PLO-CG, too, just not so great traffic.
What are the options?
- BetOnline: Deposit is extremely complicated and I HATE QR-Codes and I am absolutely not familiar with Crypto. So, all this is WAY too complicated for me, but I contacted BetOnline support and the easiest way is to check if my bank allows international transactions and if not, to enable that option. Then I can deposit via credit card. It´s WAY easier just to go around the corner and ask a REAL HUMAN BEING, than dealing with this f* technologies which I HATE!
- Bwin: Bwin has a licence for Germany and offers SnGs. Worth to check out?
Last resorts:
- 888: There are also SnGs and CG on 888 but as 888 has this activity check, which I personally perceive as extremely patronizing (we´re mature adults and not 4-year olds!) and of course I want to play on more than one room at the same time, 888 is not an option at the moment.
- GG poker: GG doesn´t have the SnGs I want to play, so that would be only for CG. Not sure if GG has the very low ultra-micro limits like PLO2 or NL2.
In conclusion: Pokerstars is not the only poker room for us Germans, so let´s try out other rooms.

I still think it's in your best interest to get this solved with Pokerstars, but it's up to you.
You only pressed live support once about this after your initial request, and you probably just got unlucky to get an unhelpful person in the chat. Your third contact was by email, which is what I wouldn't have recommended in the first place, I know that they love to send out automated replies.
I have somehow managed to get this solved via live chat, probably using the same form for uploading that you used yourself, so it must be possible somehow, without the verification link. Others have done it too, I see several German flags in my tournament lobbies.
No other room will have SNG traffic like Pokerstars or as good a selection of side games for you, and you can probably forget about grinding MTSNGs elsewhere. We could also not do any poker challenges against each other anymore if you are leaving Stars.
Again, the decision is up to you, but I don't think you have exhausted your possibilities with support yet. I know that you're frustrated right now, but don't let that cloud your judgment, I would recommend pressing them on this again in a few days, after you have cleared your head from this.
You will have my support wherever you go, of course.

I know you did, but the first time was your initial inquiry, and you only got back to them once via live chat after that. I think you should give it more of a chance. I had to keep pressing a few times too.
If you do decide to get back to them, I recommend reaching out to live support (no emails), and making sure they understand these three points:
1.) The standard account verification process is not working due to technical issues, it's not an option, another way must be found.
2.) You have already uploaded the documents, they should have them, there is not much point in uploading them again.
3.) You have received the same email three times in response, the link in there still won't work, another way must be found to help you (might as well copy/paste the exact text to make sure they get the message).
If they understand all of that, they should be able to find a way to get this solved for you. It's up to you to decide whether it is worth the aggravation to try again.
@Nazgos You mentioned on my blog back then that support told that it is absolutely necessary to use the official way with the QR code to verify your account? Is that how you had to do it in the end? Because I somehow managed to do it without any codes.

No. I think 888 has a software which checks your activity, that you only play 4 tables at a time and don´t play any other tables on other rooms.

That's also a problem at America's Cardroom (at least it used to be), which otherwise would have been another suggestion from me if you're done with Pokerstars.
Here we go again....
We didn´t SIT and go yet, but at least here we go again, picking up two and four cards at the CG tables, playing PLO2, PLO5 and NL2 as well as NL5 on Partypoker. I have to say, that the CGs there are not bad at all! They´re VERY fishy, even fishier than Stars, so could be a great source of money and "good customers". Without further ado, let me introduce "Team Omaha" with Prim and Baby Peach:
Unfortnately, Team Omaha enountered two quite unlucky hands, with the flopped nutstr8+3rd nut flush draw + 2nd nut full house draw. The 2nd nut full house got there, but it was unfortunately the 2nd nut full in that pot and we didn´t "got to the hotel" with it. In the second quite unlucky hand we got it in with 2nd top set, nut-str8-draw and blocker, well, we didn´t get there..... and looked into an already made str8. Poop happens! Poor Baby Peach, but she took it easy. She could win back some but not all.
"Team NO LIMIT Holdem" with Prim and Prince Bowser Koopa jr.:

His wish was my command and I let him play No Limit Holdem. "Team No Limit Holdem" was a bit luckier than "Team Omaha" and to our surprise we found out that there in fact are Villains who are willing to go all-in with their whole stack pre!!! Always good when you hold AA, isn´t it? Villains are really willing to risk their money on even mediocre or bad hands. Bowser jr. says "Thank you" and HE turned out to be an aggressive and talented Holdem player. ♠_biggrin:♠_cool:
Eventually, it was not that bad, even though we´re almost 1 stack down - 1,80 €. We kept our losses at a minimum! ♠_thumbsup:

Torn muscle fibres: AGAIN!
Went to the doctor today: My leg injury is due to torn muscle fibres! :facepalm::rage: Wow, that´s a reason to spit in the blog!! 
Because this one takes weeks to heal! I was hoping for "only" a pulled muscle in my leg, but the doctor exmined it and found that it´s in fact torn muscle fibres! Sh*t! Three weeks until our sports-vacation! Oh man! We gotta tell our tennis coach there, that my training will be only hitting balls! At least cycling and swimming are okay!
