I think you can call 3-bet, which shows a lot of strength. Just if you 4-bet then I doubt you´d ever do that with aces, so calling ip seems ok.

But shove turn, since if he holds smt like combodraw AQhh or QThh, then he would likely take b/c line on the turn, but if he misses then he might c/f river
Also if he has AK/KQ and heart comes he might want to c/f his hand on the river
