Hey Hey.

I'm a stt player, currently grinding the 33's 9 man stt's at Full Tilt Poker. Mtt's is the format of poker I enjoy the most and I always have a good time taking mtt runs when I have time for it. I have a positive roi% in MTT's and last few days I've had 2 final tables.. 1 live and 1 online...

I've always been active in community events for this community and I don't see a reason for me not to compete in this league (league format is really something I enjoy for mtt's. It's fun to look at the standings between events and stuff like that)...
I had a solid run in the last BOTD... Actually having most cashes in the english community I believe. And leading my team (Team-Soy) to victory.. (Or atleast that's how I remember things lol)

So yea vote for me and we can proof together that the English community is, always has been and always will be the best community!!!

I think if I write that I will get another "Money on my titties" photo printed for you all it will be enough to cement enough votes for a place but that would be to easy so I'll actually try. haha

Sooooo, ever since I started playing I began with MTTs and some SnGs and still my choice of game. I find that MTTs are the most enjoyable game for me and there is nothing quite like the feeling of reaching a Final Table after 9 hours of play.

For now I'll let results do the speaking:

Well, I'm a 20-year-old student and I've been playing poker for 2 years now. I believe I've evolved some pretty good poker skills in that time (of course with help of pokerstrategy.com), but I don't have any especially big achievements so far and that's exactly why I want to participate in this event real badly. I want to be a part of something big, even if just for once, and you are the one that can give me the chance to prove myself.

But… There's more!
By voting for me, you will benefit too! Between night shifts (yuck) so i don't have alot of time to put together a fancy application but i definately would love the chance to represent the English community in this (as i'm sure we all would) ♦

Dear friends,

I have been touched by all the members who have approached me via the forums and skype suggesting I should enter the vote for community champion. Much to you all. I am really touched by your kindness.

This has been an extremely difficult decision for me because representing all you awesome people would be a great honour, the league looks great fun (as all PokerStrategy events do) and as a seasoned STT player and occasional league/tournament player I would perhaps do quite well.

I have however decided that I will not be putting myself forward due to the following reasons:

I firmly believe that there are much better tournament players in our community (some have already entered applications), they would represent you, the community, much better than myself in this event and they fully deserve a shot at the added value more than I do.

I've actually got a busy couple of months coming up, not least looking after the forum for you guys and a long planned trip to Gibraltar for a few days to visit those nice Admin-guys It would not be fair to enter and then potentially miss a couple of the league games.

A close family member has spent the last 8 months battling (and hopefully beating) cancer, it would really be nice to just relax and spend some time with them without any additional pressure. I really wouldn't want to let you guys/girls down so would feel pressured to perform well lol.

I've never run very good on Party. Nothing against Party Poker they're great guys, I just seem to run better on other platforms that perhaps suit my game style better. Just a personal thing.

Having said all that, you just try to stop me from supporting all the vote candidates and railing the eventual vote winner to overall victory. ♦

I will be behind our guy/girl 100% and railing them at every possible event like there's no tomorrow............. English Community for the win !!!

I do hope you will all understand and respect my reasoning for not entering and of course join me in getting fully behind our eventual vote winner.

As I said before, I am deeply humbled and touched by your kind words.

As we didn't receive more than 15 applications, we will skip the first vote which was planned for today and start the actual voting phase on Monday, 23.08.2010.

We still accept applications until Monday, 23.08.2010, up to a total of 15 applications.

SO who I am? I am a future High-Stakes HU/SH crusher who will play live MTTs for easy money and fun
Curreclty I play mainly NL50SH and when I dont feel like playin I play NL25SH or some HU SnG or MTTs

Why u should vote me? Cause I am motivated to become the best and if I will qualify I will train, study, work etc. to be the best. I wont have problem with ICM cause I used to play SnGs and DoNs and math is easy. I have a great logical thinking and IMO thats really important for a poker player

Oh, and if I win I will try to organize a freeroll for my voters (so like for 10people at best) and u ll play for 10percent of my winnings so thats 1k USD!!! How can u refuse? EAZY MONEY
