TL;DR version
I'm playing PLO.
I want to be a winning player at PLO25 (lofty ambitions ITT).
I need to study like a bastard to even get close to this (sad, but true).
I want a repository of key lessons and a place to store an occasional snapshot of my stats.
There will be no regular $$$ results/graphs posted ITT as they are irrelevant, however I will note landmark events as they occur (eg moving limits).
There will be no whinging whatsoever ITT.

Below are the stats to 12k hands at both PLO10 and PLO10 Rush.
The top stats are preflop statistics, the bottom set are statistics by position.
Thanks in advance for any comments.
Points to address:
3B percentages are low.
- due to PS.com open raising article which suggests only 3 betting AA** where you can get 40% of your stack in preflop (which seldom happens) and strong rundown hands like JT98ds (which also seldom happens).
- loosen up 3B requirements. Determine which hands are good to isolate with v what players (ie weak/loose ip) and in what positions (ie 3B range from SB/BB).
- yet to watch an episode on PLO intro series which addresses 3B pots which should help narrowing ranges.
Flop/Turn cBet % seem way high?
- Flop cBet should be around (from memory, to check) 30%
- work harder on capturing hands for eval on cBets.
- cBet pot hand analysis.
W$SD % is poor.
- showing down weak hands too often.
- prolly stems from flop calls rather than bet/folds
- work on better determining hand strength on flop (ie equity analysis, hand reading).
Calling v Raising ip.
- understand equity required to cold call a raise from MP/CO/BU and when a raise is more appropriate.
- eg MP VPIP/PFR diff = 2%
CO VPIP/PFR diff = 4.5%
BU VPIP/PFR diff = 9%
Other random thoughts:
- need to analyse bet/fold spots on turn and river.
- need to analyse call turn, fold river spots both ip/oop.

Also with AAxx isn't it that you FOUR-bet when you can get 40%+ of your stack in?

When should Aces be raised pre-flop?
Generally, when one can invest 1/3 of one's stack pre-flop, a re-raise with Aces, or in some rare cases with Kings, is good. You should of course be able to read your opponent's hand relatively accurately, i.e. the flop should be good for you in order to go all-in! Also, if you want to make a re-raise for deception with low connected cards, in order to trap on a low flop, make sure that your opponent is more likely to call than go all-in directly pre-flop.
In practical purposes, v a 3B is the only time you can get 1/3 of your stack in, outside of family pots (oh, and I miss quoted, PS.com article says 1/3 of stack, other info talks about anywhere between 30-33%ish to 50%, opponent dependant). It could be I'm misreading this, or it's been written confusingly (ie a stating a re-raise meaning re-raising a pf 3B). In any case, it turns out this is too tight. I haven't watched enough live sessions yet to get a good indication of 3B hands, and haven't read/watched enough decent theory on preflop 3Bs. Yet.
I just finished getting my 300k milestone bonus on stars so im going into PLO mode soon, but taking a bit of time off for now.
I guess I could be wrong on this but I'm quite sure that it's nearly always correct to 3-bet AAxx preflop, especially IP.

You're definitely correct IP, oop I've seen it repeated that a 3B is not mandatory. The preflop article talks about a 70% hand v a top 10% hand having enough equity to call a potsize bet on 50% of all flops. So against someone half decent I'm not sure the oop 3B is good without an absolute premium hand.
Gimme a yell if you wanna sweat a session or two when you get back into the swing.

If I manage to hit my lofty goal I'll lighten things up a bit, but the essence of this blog is as an information repository. My old blog(s) were meant to be as well, but things never worked out quite as they should have. TBH the more emotive my writing style, the more things turn into a bitch fest. 
On the plus side, hopefully there will be some useful stuff in here. That's the intention anyway.
