I logged on yesterday and i saw that my sp are back to 269 from 288, and i can't see any info about my sp (like, how much i got, from which room, etc), which was in the bottom of the PS mainpage.
What's the problem?

Like Ingrid said the best way to know about your points (and hence about your closeness to silveritude) is to send a ticket. A customer service representative will be able to answer your questions.Best wishes again!
