If the villain is playing maniac-poker, NH, WP. Maniac villain will go all-in on the flop here with Kx, Qx, any two hearts, 89, T9, AT, AA, sometimes even Jx, othertimes pure air (Ax especially). Thats an aweful big range of hands that you are in front of (in addition to the obvious hands we are behind - KK, KJ, KT, JJ, TT, AQ, Q9).

Get it all in and take your chances.


Prefer to raise/fold pf, since JTs is usually behind or his limp/raise range. Once you hit two pair you should get all-in, since he would shove there KA/AA
