Ok to lead on flop against passive opponent?

i think you played it good but you should bet more on flop and turn

Well, if you are donking the flop then most likely I'd even consider betting it bigger on flop & turn. Although depending on the opponent and if I expect him to CBet here anyways then Check/Raising would be another option.
