SB bets $0.02, Hero raises to $0.14, SB calls $0.12.

Turn: ($0.46) 2♣ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.32, SB calls $0.32.

River: ($1.10) 9♥ (2 players)
SB bets $0.66 (All-In), Hero calls $0.66.

Final Pot: $2.42

Was it wrong to call the river after both straight and flush draws came in, and he donks?

Dont think you could have played any differently, after he pot commited himself on turn his money was going in whatever.

So you had to call, he could have been slow playing 2 pair or as you say he could have been drawing and hit on turn.

So as played I think a call was correct.

Flop: I'd definitely raise it bigger on flop ~$0,24. If he has a hand he is going to pay you anyways.
Turn: The same goes for turn I'd bet it bigger here, ~$042.
River: Well, kinda hard to fold. Although a lot of draws completed and after our line I really doubt that you ever gonna see a lot worse hands here which is donk-shoving like this. If we would have raise/bet bigger on flop and turn then most likely we would be committed. But in this case what do you expect him to shove/play this way? If he had 2pairs/sets he would ship them on flop or turn.
