So, took a few pictures while out walking the girls, had a nice time out in the fresh air, about 18 acres of fields and woods around the house, so all nice and peaceful!

The house:

The girls:

During a small walk around the garden behind the house, I spotted the last of the rose bushes, yet to die before the winter, and a rose almost ready to open, with a droplet of water in it... so snapped a pic of that too!

So, since I put in 3 sessions today, I figured it's easier to update per day, rather than per session.

Was a little spewy at times, didn't believe some shoves where I should've, got sucked out on a few times, sucked out once or twice, had a nice fish I played for about 250-300 hands and stacked him three times, he was well loose :)
So it was one losing session, followed by a short(maybe 100-150 hands) b/e session, where I atleast beat the rake, counts for something! Followed by a big winning session.

So, Session.. uhm, what am I up to? 4! that's the one!
Hands: 1108
VPIP/PFR/3b: 15.8/13.0/5.6
Profit: 173 bb

So, played three sessions yesterday, got quite some volume in, but it ended up being swingy as fucking hell in the end, lots of setups, shitloads of suckouts. Sat evening may not be the best time to try and play normal style.
Got my first 2 1k samples of the PP regs, however. And released a $10 increment of an old bonus which expires on monday, doubt if I can release another full one of $30 rake, however.
So, losing day, but I don't feel too bad about it.

Session 5
Hands: 2634
VPIP/PFR/3b: 14/10.6/4.6
Profit: -110 bb

So, I haven't really been active for 1.5-2 days.

I did play a pretty big session on sunday evening, which I haven't analysed yet, but it was a losing session.

The PP software is tilting the fuck out of me, so I have decided to move.
It's now been 11 hours since the cashout from PP was approved, but I called paypro's phone support, they said "It'll be processed in our payment centre within 3.5 hours, and then it'll take a further 3-6 hours before it becomes available in your Moneybookers account.", so hopefully I should be able to deposit and try to start grinding tomorrow.

Since I think I want to play at Titan once I get to a point where I can try to be slightly over B/E and profit on rakeback primarily, I found that their VIP Scheme should give me about 46%RB, which is what I want to aim for.

Since I seem to want to play on iPoker, but not "waste" my FDB on titan, I will be starting to play on Betfred, to see if I can handle 9+ tabling on their softwares.
That should be starting tonight, as I'll have 20BI or so for NL on MB, plus another 4 on Stars still, and left 3BI on Party, just in case.

On the plus side, I deposited $150 to Party, and withdrew $175 and left $130, so winning sample for the 3.5 days I did play there, I think I got about 7k hands in, which is a start for building a NL10 sample(As mentioned, I will aim for ~100k as a samplesize to keep).

at work now, bored shitless :(

Outsourced 1st line IT support and a little SysAdmin, Norwegian ITO company outsourcing their 17:00-08:00 work to underpaid slaves in Latvia, me being Swedish, it's ~80% the same language as norwegian, so got a job easy.

3 years now, and the project has expanded hugely so we also do day shifts :(

I want away from it, badly, but nothing else I can get that doesn't invovle telephones pays comparative salary :(

Haven't updated in a while, because I ended up putting this project on hold.

I have no moved to Unibet and am focusing all my funds and attention and studies towards qualifying into the Riga Open 1st-4th of December, qualifying from €2 rebuys via €11 FO to €55 FO to €255 Weekly Sunday Final which has 8 guaranteed €2500 packages aswell as trying the €4 rebuys through €25 FO to weekly €100 Tuesday qualifier for 2 guaranteed €2500 packages.

I only ever buy in, often late, max one rebuy and rarely the Addon, but if I'm short and there's few people left.

Might end up playing some other MTTs aswell, which would be a great chance for me to keep in shape, but nothing's set in stone.

Regards,
Richard

we have sleeping space for a good 10 people, so if we make a mod meeting, i could easily house it there, but it's like 100km away from Riga, so transportation wuold get tricky when I only ahve one car...

Wintertime's bad though, as we only use wood heating, and don't keep all rooms not in use heated during the winters. :)

But next summer, we should totally do it!

So, Today I was potentially going to play a series of like 12 MTTs staked.
I didn't hear back from the staker on time for various reasons, and ended up playing 3-4 with spare change I had on a few sites, then got to grinding my Riga Open sats.

Satted in 6 €2+0.20 rebuys, rebought between 0 and 4 times, cashed 5 €11+1 tickets.
Satted those 5 €11+1, cashed 4 €55+5 tickets.
Ran horribly fucking bad, and only cashed the very last €55+5 for a ticket to the Weekly Sunday Final for €255+20!
Biggest tournament I've ever played in(not field, but buy-in), so was a little nervous.
70 people bought in, so guarantee of 8 €2500 packages to Unibet Riga Open.
70 entrants, 8 packages, after a 3 hour 30 minute battle, mostly floating around avg stack, going quite shallow with 25 left, WHO FUCKING SHIPPED A GOD DAMNED TICKET, EH?!

Fucking insane, had Thazar and ExternalUseOnly railing me from when I sat as 2/13 and onwards to the end.

Crazy excited, time to start studying live tournament strategy fulltime for 35 days!

Regards,
Richard

Well played Rich, that's our boy, awesome result _thumbsup:

Enjoy the whole experience, it's like nothing you've played before (in a good way), you'll love it.

I have a (very slim) chance of joining you, currently 6th in a league with a few friends with a package added, will need to run like a god (never happened yet _evil: ) to overtake the guys above me though.

Welcome to my blog Big!

Official page should do it, includign showing the ladders for qualifying, the fields were reasonably soft and with your experience it should be easy if you decide to go for it!
