Preflop: Well, do you do it for value here? That's your plan if you get 4bet? 
Might even be safer to just Call and play postflop than play for the stacks. But of course it's doable if you think you can do it for value.

Well, this is break-even Call, do you really want to Call just because it's break-even? You shouldn't be in the first place in that kind of spot preflop anyways.
