Trafficwise I would suggest to move to iPoker instead of Everest Poker for PLO games (also depending on how many tables you play at the same time), for example William Hill or Poker770.
If yo don't play too may tables at the same time and are looking for more fishyness, a move to Unibet is attractive as well, because there you'll also profit from the 30% loyalty bonus.

Yes, that should be fine on your limits. If you start to move up though, you might want to mix some limits for example in order to be able to do good table selection.

I would suggest to give the Ongame rooms a try, for example Betfair or EuroPoker.

1. I play no limit cash games
2.NL4 , i just moved up from a mid to a big stack strategy.
3.The tables I have played the most are with up to 6 ppl, however I try to play more tables with up to 9-10 ppl, but I can't find any. I am doing alright steadily increasing my bankroll with the 6 ppl tables, however I am not sure if I would do better at bigger tables because the strategies I have read about in PS are wit tables 7+.
4. I play at least 3-4 hours a day. so around 28 hours a week.
I play at skypoker and ay betfair. I am not sure if these are the correct websites for me to play in.
I would like to use poekr software as well, since it looks quite handy in tracking my progress and possible leaks. Need advice on that as well since I dont know much.
I would really appreciate the help

Thanks for your request.
I see you just received your starting capital at Betfair, so I would advice to stay at Betfair for the time being and gather some experience and build you bankroll there. You can always switch at a later time after you cleared your starting capital to move to another room and clear the bonus there.
The strategy you use at the moment is indeed designed for 7+ players. But as soon as you reach the silver status (100 StrategyPoints), you will also get access to more articles, which also go into the play on shorthanded tables (6players maximum). The article series starts here and has several related articles about shorthanded play:
As you as used to that now, I would stick to it and then dive into the articles as soon as you become silver to improve your game.
Regarding software:
Using software can help you a lot with adapting your game to your opponents and tracking your own game. However it can also be tricky if you dont have a lot of experience yet. On your limit it is not worth the investment yet to buy software like Hold'em Manager. I would advice to start with our free PokerStrategy.com Elephant to track your results. However the Elephant doesnt support Betfair as pokerroom, so you can only use it once you make a switch to for example William Hill, PartyPoker or PokerStars.

For playing NL2-NL5 I would recommend William Hill as you mentioned you would like to play around 12 tables. On Pokerscout it shows that WilliamHill(Ipoker) has the most traffic for 2NL-5NL
The software is ok and the traffic is very good also being a Euro site, the games are fishy. In regards to rakeback it is going to be difficult to find many rooms that can offer a high rakeback deal but the good games and high traffic will counter this.
As you move up the VIP system for WilliamHill becomes much more rewarding.
When you deposit you also qualify for 2 weekly $1000 Freerolls which can give a good boost to your bank roll.

Sorry for missing your post.
The best room I can recommend if you plan to play 4+ SNG's at a time would be PokerStars. They have the best traffic by miles when it comes to MTTSNG's, to cater for all limits and field sizes.
If you intend to play less than that I would suggest Bwin who are part of the Ongame network. From Bwin you would benefit from softer games at the price of less traffic. When I checked just now they had 3 games running that were $3 30 mans. I imagine the traffic would get busier during evenings/weekends.

I can not switch to 888 and Party because I allready have an account there which not is tracked. What I want is a room that has much traffic on the microstakes.

Why do you suggest bwin over the other 2 affiliated Ongame sites (Europoker and Betfair)? I'm perfectly happy with bwin but haven't used the other two so I just wanted to know how they compare. Does bwin have better bonuses / customer service?

For Bwin you get 4 strategy points for every $1 of rake. With Betfair/Europoker it is 3SP per $1.
This way you can unlock the higher status's quicker to gain access to more content/videos from PokerStrategy. So is overall more rewarding for the player.

I think William Hill would be perfect for your requirements. Even now at 'off peak' hours there are 20+ tables of FR 4NL tables. So there is plenty of traffic meaning you can table select well and take advantage of the fishy euro players.
Also you mention your goals are to study and become a better player. William Hill offer 5 strategy points per $1 rake. Meaning you will earn the higher status's with PokerStrategy much quicker so you can unlock new training videos etc to help you improve your game!
