I'd raise it to $1.5. On the river it's tough to call, if you raise on the turn it's to protect from :heart: FD and a 4, as well as :diamond: FD, and 2 of those hit...


1.5$ is better consider there are two flushdraws on the board
Consider you´re pot committed to the pot and he would call you down with worse hands, I´d shove river for value
