Hello BGawli,

Preflop: If we are against some what nitty opponent then I am not really big fan of 3betting here actually, might even prefer just to Call.

As played
Postflop: Not much you can do as you went for 3bet, this as well means that this is one of the best flops you could hit. Rather just Call preflop and reevaluate it postflop if you are considering folding on such flop and to such a shove.

Best regards.

Thanks for fast respond.
I forgot about stats so...
MP+1: 118 hands 18/14/2
CO: 70 hands 39/3/5

I think if MP+1 did this move like CO I wouldn't call because it could be nice pitfall with AA or KK. But when MP+1 fold and CO called, what can I say about his hand? What is the range of this player?

Oh, I see. It's against CO and now I see as well the stats. He may easily do that with even Tx and as well sometimes maybe even some badly played draws. But obviously he has a lot of sets in his range as well. While he doesn't look that great player then you could Call there but of course likely the safest play while he is passive player you can fold. Or if the 5 is AF then you can as well Call it.
