Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Known players:
[tg]CO$41.50:///////;BU$50.00:///////;SB (Hero)$57.45:///////;BB$78.70:///////;MP3$15.80:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is SB with T:h, T:s.
MP3 raises to $1.80, 2 folds, Hero raises to $5.50, BB folds, MP3 calls $3.70.

Flop: ($11.5) Q:h, J:s, 4:d (2 players)
Hero bets $51.95, MP3 calls $10.30(All-In).

Turn: ($73.75) 8:h (2 players)

River: ($73.75) 9:c (2 players)

Final Pot: $73.75.
Results follow:

Hero shows a straight, queen high(T:h T:s).
MP3 shows a pair of jacks(A:s J:c).

Hero wins with a straight, queen high(T:h T:s).

Here I played it bad. If I push he cant call with worse, and I am not check/folding against him considering how much money is in the pot and how much he has left. So check/Raise all-in should be fine?

He would likely not fold Qx or Jx hands, but he may also call his medium and small pp-s
I think shove is a littlebit better than c/rai, since you can´t fold your hand and he might easily fold there AT or if he also called with AK
