Is it OK to call the 3-bet preflop against an unknown?

Hello gormless,

Well, of course it is. But I don't really like the Call of the 4bet! You are never gonna play this profitable. Either way ship it or just fold it. You just wont hit often enough.

But as played nothing much to add.
