Preflop should be FOLD

Your hand could be beat if it complete, because the opponent may have two club with higher kicker like A :club: or K :club:
imp, your hand is not quite strong enough, so a Check on Turn could be better: to see how the opponent reacts.

Preflop: For $0,20 I don't even mind to play the hand. Obviously it's gonna be hard for us to play the hand OOP but still if you feel your postflop skills are strong enough then I don't even mind the Call here. Plus we could easily be against rather loose player against we will have great implied odds.
Flop: Guess I'd still Check/Raise a bit bigger ~$1,50 although it's not a huge problem. We definitely have still a lot of fold equity and even if he decides to Call we still have equity against any hand.
Turn: Well, I doubt that the ace is a very good card for 2nd barrel, while we definitely have fold equity but as well overall equity. Rather 2nd barrel it than Check/Call and OOP while might not even have that great implied odds.
