Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

Hero (SB): $2.23 (111.5 bb)
BB: $2.13 (106.5 bb)
UTG: $5.17 (258.5 bb)
MP: $9.83 (491.5 bb)
CO: $6.22 (311 bb)
BTN: $3.51 (175.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A K
2 folds, CO raises to $0.06, BTN folds, Hero raises to $0.20, BB raises to $0.56, CO folds, Hero raises to $2.23 and is all-in, BB folds

Villain in BB was playing 22/15, 3bet - 11%, AF: 5 .
His minraise usually at this limit means AA/KK.
Did I play the hand right according to the stats?
The size of the 3bet is right or should I do it bigger since i am OOP?
At the moment, it seemed a very hard decision because i had 2 similar decision one with AK one with KK and I ran into AA twice. _confused:

Hello spid3rix,

While we are OOP I might even do it bigger ~$0,24. Although as we get 4bet from BB and we don't really know how anything about his 4bet I'd be rather inclined to fold the hand. At the best it's anyways for us a coinflip.

Best regards.
