Well, I don't really like your Check/Call on flop and turning your hand into bluff-catcher. Either CBet or just Check/Fold, never Check/Call in this spot while your overcards might be already dead and you will never know where you stand being OOP.

His fold to cbets is only 52% and calls 48%:

Then why do you Check/Call? :> Just wait for a hand and then bet for value rather than Check/Call and donate money into him who can easily even bet the turn again where we wont be able to Call and don't have implied odds to play at all on flop.

The stats ain't helping me much here. He is rather passive overall, that's the only thing what I can say here.
