Hi,

Better let him bluff imo as well.
Normally they fold all air to a raise. So you would miss value.
No need to protect here as the board is super dry.

I agree here.

I think it is most profitable to just call behind in this spot and raise the turn.
In my experience villain often folds to a flopraise on such a dry board.

I doubt villain is folding after overbetting 300% pot. I think this is mostly 2pair hand or even weird played overpair/tp hand. Get it in its basically a minraise.

Well, trust me. They are still able to fold! If they hold pure bluff. Just let them bluff off and catch them. No worries for us anyways that he will catch anything.
