Why are you not C-betting here? an overcard and the nut flush draw is pretty standard C-bet IMO with only 1 player behind even 4-handed.
As played:
you are getting 6:1, you should never be folding the nut flush draw with an overcard.
I think i would play it as you did, and wen someone bets just call on the flop, may be a reason for a c-bet, but i think if we c-bet multiway and get raised we are often behind and so will be chasing the flush, which we will have bad odds to call the raise.

Well, you can even consider CBetting the flop for the fold equity. But as you went for passive line then pretty standard Check/Call, I wouldn't really overplay my hand and Check/Raise there. 
Rather CB yourself than Check/Raise. Take the great odds what they are giving you.
