I would select other hands to squeeze against two regular-like VPIP/PFR stat (18/15, 17/12) guys. I think the point of squeeze it to get head-up with a player I want to beat. BTN does not look like one as he has pretty good stat, even the sample is not eought. And I'm out of position.

So calling seems to be O.K.

On the flop, I would rather bet 2/3 or the whole pot and fold to a raise. If I just check, I am inviting a cbet from PF raiser (BTN), because he has AF 3.0. And I don't know what he is cbetting with - flush draw, straight draw are possible, and AQx or AKx is always a threat.

I like the turn play. Instead of checking again, I could bet as I got a decent two pair and if BTN was playing flush draw, he would just call. When raised, I could say he had ATx or nut-flush draw with a pair. Bet/fold was reasonable, I think.

Both plays should be fine here, I wouldn't mind squeezing and neither flatting. Most likely myself I would go for squeeze if we face reg-type of players cause we can't be sure how often we will get paid postflop if we do hit. Nice hand!

I actaully prefer squeezing but londonsystem mentioned it shoud I lead out is the question?I think he is capable also firing with some Qx hands and if I lead out I mnot sure if he is going to call since it is multiway.

Nah, I would also lead out the turn and protect my hand and not let him Check behind.
