but no, I opened account over 1 year ago, I passed ID check long time ago,
and didn't request wd.

I noticed in beginner section, guy have similar problem.

Yeah I've seen it, and replied as well. Maybe its because of the maintenance that's taking place now? We also tried just now and can't seem to log in either. Let me ask our key account manager and see if we can find out more.

I'm in the same situation. Tried user+p/w, then nickname+p/w, not accepted, then locked out after third attempt. Email sent, but no reply yet.

It works now though, so it might be security issues which is why we must wait til they reply to you. You can then let me know what they said alright?

My acc is still locked.

maybe.. they know I wanted to deposit 20 $ for Cash machine promotion.

had same problem this morning

user/pass didn't work; spammed it a couple of times
nickname/pass worked -- got the message "acc temp locked"

i messaged support, got a ticket number

tried to log in a few hours later -- worked!
(felt bad about spamming the support with that e-mail)

then went to Poker770 webpage, opened FAQ and read that if you fail the login 3x they lock your acc for 30 mins

probably a combination of some maintenance on their part + that 30 min rule

so, no one worry! ^^

Looks like mine's working again. I can now log in. So for 'username or password invalid', read 'we are doing maintenance, please try again later'!!

I have the same problem as you! i am a bit worried because i have raked 43 $ there so more 7 to go

my acc is ok now,

MMPokerNab explained what was a problem.
