Hi guys,

First of all, let me start by introducing myself to you guys. My name is Satyaprakash, I'm 20 years old. I'm a Maths Teacher at an International School in Thailand, at the same time I'm studying B.S.c Maths in India ( Distance Education ). I've been playing online poker for about 2 years now at 888poker. I first made a deposit of $50 and changed that to $220 in a months time winning some tournaments and playing 3/6c cash games and been continuing play 3/6c & 5/10c. For that 2 years I've never used any kind of tracker of any sort ( I know, foolish of me huh , lol ). Till now totally I've made a profit of about $1.2k in total playing 3/6c & 5/10c blinds and a few Tournaments here and there.

Anyway I just loaded "Pokertracker" 2 days ago and just accomplished playing 1K hands, which is the graph below this. At first i went down the slope loosing with AA, KK, QQ and again AA. But then climbed the steps and reached a decent limit again at the end of 1000 hands.

Still don't know all the options on "Pokertracker" software, but will learn it as i start using it more by just doing some surfing on the net.

I'll be uploading another graph after I've reached 2000 hands. Please feel free to give me any advice on how i play etc etc. I'll keep you guys posted & Thanks for following ;)

Cheers and GG to all

Cheers guys

well done! :) nice and shiny graph! keep it up! Remember 1000 hands is not much but a good start. After 40k hands You'll be better of knowing if you're having a successful strategy (or not). Keep posting hands and evaluate your progress.

Hey Lucky,

I'll move this over to Self study and management for you.

Or maybe we can turn this into a Blog?

Hey all,

I just reached 2000 hands. Been a busy week so didn't have much time to play. Got $31.85 in the first 1000 hands and got which was updated in the first of this blog. And now having $66.74 after 1000 more hands playing at the same blinds of Nl6.

You guys can see that i went down the graph in the middle having really bad downswings with really bad beats but then managed to come up again ;) ( Just like time )

Looking forward to hearing from you guys,

Cheers

Great graph! I would love to see it with the Showdown/Non-Showdown and EV lines.

That winrate is really good. Mine is around 13.6 over 21000 hands at NL10.

Look forward to more posts

Hey there Bobamajr, Thanks a lot for your comments ;)
I didn't understand 1 thing in your comment, " Mine is around 13.6 over 21000 ".
I also just started using Poker tracker so not too familiar with it anyway will try to see how to find the showdown, Non-showdown and EV lines and post it here again m8 :). I shall post another graph after reaching 3k hands.
Thanks a lot for following me ;) I've also sent you a PM with detatils etc.

Cheers m8

I did not look closely all the numbers, since I don't understand what all PT3 stats mean (I use HEM), but this popped out:

You play 36/16? Little too loose and definately too passive. It is a small sample, but still...

Your VPIP (% hands played) is 36. Could be little lower, even for 6max.
Your PFR (% hands raised preflop). It is too low if you compare it to your VPIP.

Normally ratio is something like 20/16, 25/21 or something simmilar. Depends on your style of play.
