thats a big mistake, primary its not about rake but about generating situations when people get broke str8 ahainst FullHouse, flush against FullHouse.
Think correctly, what is goal of any poker site - profit. I watched the video once more and there are so many situations like: str8 against 2 pair, on river flush, or full house, thats definitely profitable situation. (on SNG it isnt rake but entry fee to another SNG). There is enourmous amount of A-AK-KQJ-flush/flush draws. boards. some wierd AAA board every 20-30 hands, Ihave never played on PokerStars (I was going to) and this really terrified me.
simple answer, picking the "right" boards or at least turns and rivers, I think I play a lot on PartyPoker and i have never seen all this in a row, off course I experienced some variance (losing with every nuts preflop) but thats seemed more likely as variance than this
