Whats the pay-out structure? And how many entrants are you expecting?

Just sent an email to Stardust to get an answer for both, will post here when i get a response.

Reserve 2.5-5% regardless of the pay-out structure.

If you're flying in, check out Day's Inn on Herron Rd. Dorval.

If you want to be closer to the venue check out Chateaguay or St-Constant (to save on Taxi to and from)

Taxi from Airport is a flate rate but you can bus it to Day's Inn. (5 min.) and save 30 -40$ each way.

I'll take stakes right up until the 29th or until I'm sold out.

GL in the tournament! I would offer to stay at my house for a much lower price but I still live with my parents so no room Jaggedlink pretty much summed up everything on the cheapest places to stay. There are also plenty of 5 stars downtown if you want a good experience, and it's only something like 30 minutes away (at the most) from stardust.

Just an update - I've decided I'll need to have at least 40% sold to play. I thought this would sell a bit faster than it is.

Thanks for the accommodation recommendation guys, but I wouldn't be going unless I didn't already have a place to stay :). I'll be staying with some poker people in Montreal. If the package doesn't sell then I'll just do some cash games and as well as the usual grind.
