You can raise it higher preflop.

You played postflop pretty good, 3x bet. If he would raise you on the turn then you can call it with smile on your face. He can have 2pairs, sets, even against flush you have decent equity

Nah, seems to be fine. I doubt that we are getting much value from him on the turn if we Check. Though it of course could be an option if we assume he is rather aggressive.
