Was considering shoving this spot because i thought i still had some FE. didnt convince me. What can i 4bet shove here vs this type of opp?

Well when he uses such huge 3bet sizing I would assume he is not folding anymore. 99 I would fold usually. AK and JJ+ are good enough. TT would be borderline as default. Of course these might depend on how loose he thinks you are iso raising. But usually people who uses 3bet steals would use smaller sizing overall. So I think his 3bet range is heavily toward clear value hands.
