Preflop:

OK.

Flop:

I hate the stack size! We can lead but we are going to be committed to call BTNs shove. If he is weak player who got very wide limping range even with this stack sizes than I bet/call is fine. If he is tight and we assume that his range is tight here, than check/fold is better.
Against this loose player we can bet/call. And hopping that we are not hitting the top of his limping range.
After you checked it is much better to fold. We don't have very good odds so it is not a mandatory call. Your check/fold is fine
