I dont understand his line, with an Ace he should've lead out on flop, maybe he didnt becuase he's passive. But if he's passive why c/r turn? i Folded becuase i didnt want to play a big pot with Ace-rag. Thought he might have picked up a two pair on the turn. I was getting good odds but thought i could be way behind... maybe call and re-evaluate river IP?

Pre-flop, if I am playing A6o on the btn and someone has limped, it is to take it either preflop or on the flop. So I raise/isolate, and I am looking at taking it from some weak player who either limps/folds a lot, or calls oop and gives very easily on flop. I don't think A6o plays well as a limped hand, even in position.

As played, I would have bet something like 80 on the flop. Once I am called, I might just give free cards to see a showdown. In particular on that flop, you have a pair of aces with a 6 which is undercard to the board. Betting turn seems to me more like turning your hand into a bluff, even with so many draws around, because it is not such a good hand that you can extract value from worse...

If your image is loose/aggressive, he can xr a lot of hand on the turn: As8s might play like that, for example. Or any flopped set, etc. It looks pretty nutty to me if he is passive.

Hello all,

Fold preflop. Our hand is not good enough to play with. We can Iso raise with something like ~A8o+, A7s+ and over limp with A2s-A6s. And if we hit TP with them to be very careful. With this hands we are playing for two pairs, trips, flush and a street.

As played, I would have bet something like 80 on the flop

Exactly. We are too behind.
No. Just fold.

Best regards,
